Hello Students, Parents, and Community Members,
We hope everyone had a great first month back from break. We are swinging into the new year with lots of events in January! Ski club is officially off to a start to the season, finally some good use for all of this snow! We wanted to give a big shout out to the VEX Robotics team! At the competition they won the Judge’s award, which is presented to the team that is deserving of special recognition. Congratulations! Also, congratulations to Cloey Larabee who finished first in qualifiers then went on to win finals at the Buffalo VEX tournament, she is now headed to states! This month we had regents’ exams for students in Biology, English, and for students re-taking other exams. The end of the quarter two marking period will be on Friday, January 31st. In other upcoming news, we are looking forward to all our senior nights in the months of January and February! Congratulations to the senior boys’ volleyball and boys’ basketball players as well as girls’ basketball and cheer! We are excited to announce that we had another successful United Way Pizza Dinner where our student council members made and sold pizza dinners to raise money for a good cause! Congratulations to our All-county festival students who got together and put on a beautiful show this month! Congratulations to all our new 2025 National Honor Society inductees! We look forward to the induction ceremony on February 2nd. We are excited about hosting Family STEAM night at the Middle/High school on February 7th from 5:30-8:00 PM.
