I am looking forward to another amazing school year at Cuba-Rushford Elementary School! 

I grew up in Olean, NY, and currently live there as well with my family. I graduated from Olean High School in 2007. I then received my undergraduate degree in Childhood with Special Education from SUNY Geneseo in 2011 and my graduate degree in Childhood Literacy from St. Bonaventure University in 2012. I then received my second graduate degree in Educational Leadership as well as a School District Leader Certificate from St. Bonaventure University in 2022.

I am committed to being a leader that abides by the following personal goals:

· Create and maintain a positive school culture and climate where healthy relationships and partnerships are established with parents, students, faculty and staff members, and the school community.
· Encourage faculty and staff members to provide engaging and differentiated instruction, which encourages students to gain an excitement for learning and meets the needs of all students.
· Provide professional development to build a community of lifelong learners amongst faculty and staff members.
